Tenzing works with Microsoft 365 (Outlook) and Gmail. You can mix providers—connect your work Outlook and personal Gmail in the same interface.

How is my data protected?

We never store your email content. Emails are processed in real-time via secure API connections. You can also bring your own LLM API keys (BYOK) for complete data control.

What is BYOK?

BYOK (Bring Your Own Keys) means you can use your own OpenAI or Anthropic API keys instead of ours. This gives you full control over costs and ensures your data goes directly to the AI provider you trust.

What is org hierarchy sync?

Tenzing can sync with your Microsoft 365 organization structure. It automatically knows who your manager is, who your direct reports are, and prioritizes emails accordingly. This is unique to Tenzing.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. Cancel anytime—your access continues until the end of your billing period. Annual subscriptions can be cancelled with a prorated refund for unused months.
